Amy Redmond (she/her) is an art director, design educator and artist whose work is connected by a passion for type. Fluent in pixels and ink, she focuses her visual design talents on inclusive organizations that help communities thrive. For 18 years she taught for the letterpress printing program at Seattle’s School of Visual Concepts, assisting with curriculum development. In response to the global pandemic she helped evolve that program into Partners in Print, where as a Leadership Team member and instructor she creates meaningful connections and collaborations using the analog power of words, paper, and ink. Amy continues to teach typography for SVC, and prints in her private letterpress studio (Amada Press).
