Speaker Bio
Jen is the Director of Marketing and Communications for the University of Florida's College of Journalism and Communications. She is also president emeritus of AIGA Gainesville and serves on the Design for Democracy committee and as the Incoming Presidents' Council Chair with AIGA nationally.
Before her current role, she held multiple marketing and design positions at the University of Florida and has been an adjunct design instructor in the communications master's program. She has also worked for The New York Times Company and other local publications in editorial, design, and art director roles.
Jen graduated from Idaho State University with a B.A. in Mass Communication specializing in visual communication and received a Master of Arts in Mass Communication specializing in web design and online communication from the University of Florida.
