Dr. María de Mater O'Neill is a practitioner of social innovation design, an educator and artist. Presently doing a posgrad of Design for the Future at Centro in Mexico City. She is also a full time lecture at the Faculty of Communication of the University of Puerto Rico. As an early adopter, she launch the one of the first 100th blogs in the internet and first 10th in Spanish, El cuarto del Quenepón. She a recipient of many awards , been one the Presidential Federal Achievement Award (USA) and Ibeoamerican Design Biennial (Spain).
