Mollie Ruskin is a technologist, organizer and artist working toward social justice action.

From government to philanthropy, grassroots organizing and non-profit advocacy, Mollie has spent her career shaping people-centered, systems-responsive programs, services and technologies that lead to impact and power. Whether designing tools for voters, mapping advocacy power or redesigning government's relationship to its people, she marries an emphasis on equity with a design-driven focus on human behavior and love of building inclusive, flourishing teams.

As a partner and co-founder at Trestle Collaborative, Mollie currently builds technology to power social change organizing. A founder of the United States Digital Service in the Obama White House and former Presidential Innovation Fellow, she’s worked in voting reform, movement building, civic engagement, social safety net services, and policy implementation.

Outside of “work”, Mollie helps run Design Gigs for Good, organizes with her local mutual aid group, and has a burgeoning multi-media art practice.
