Frances Yllana is a design and organizational operations leader, writer and facilitator who empowers and champions people to succeed beyond their own expectations. Frances is energized by making the joy of accomplishment more accessible and equitable, so those in the communities she serves can find and share their own inspiration to drive positive change in the world around them. She is Senior Manager Design Operations at Coforma. Coforma works with the government and private sector to craft creative digital solutions and build technology products that improve people’s lives, using a modern, agile, user-centered approach that elevates human needs through thoughtfully-designed systems and products. Frances is also Secretary on AIGA's National Board of Directors, Chair of AIGA's Design for Democracy Get Out the Vote effort, hosts AIGA's Monthly Salon Series, DesignOps Ed, and is a teacher for DesignOps Assembly's Learning Labs program.
