Andrea Bordenca of the Insitute for Generative Leadership introduces a new program, Leadership for the Design Advocate. Leadership for the Design Advocate participants will create their path by envisioning where they want to be, by reflecting how far they have come, and by engaging in practices that enable leadership mastery and embodiment. The course will run for 12 consecutive weeks, and will help participants clarify their vision of the future.

In April, AIGA and IGL are teaming up to hear from AIGA community members during a post-conference Listening Tour, in order to build member feedback and concerns are weaved into programming. Design Leadership and Advocacy Conference attendees will have the opportunity to sign up for a timeslot and provide feedback.
