Jen Koscielniak has had the pleasure of being the Design Lead on the U.S. Department of Education account for the Marketing and Communications work stream for the past three years. With over 16 years of experience in leading integrated marketing campaigns, digital products, and working with cross-functional and client teams to collaboratively design and develop creative solutions that meet our users where they are and solve their biggest challenges.

Jen's passionate about elevating the Federal Student Aid brand while ensuring all students, parents, and borrowers have the information and tools they need for students to pave their own way to success through furthering their education.
