Elham Ali is a public health research and UX design professional with over 9 years of experience in mixed-methods research, community-based participatory design, and project management. She is currently the Design Lead for the Health Data Program at US Digital Response, a nonprofit non-partisan organization that provides free and fast support to governments nationwide by pairing local and state governments with pro-bono and highly-skilled teams of technologists from a pool of 6,0000+ volunteers.
Prior to USDR, Elham supported government agencies, enterprises, and high-growth startups in HIV prevention and management, substance use disorders, and diabetes prevention. Elham is passionate about applying equitable health communication, education, and literacy strategies to advance chronic disease health outcomes.
