I started out designing Student Housing projects, but I currently work for an Active Adult Multi-family developer based out of Austin, TX. Whether Student House, Active Adult or conventional multi-family I have always has to design for the specific region the project is located and take into account I would want the end-user's tangible experience to be of the finished project.
