Real Estate Project Executive
Adam Lutz is a Real Estate Project Executive for Google New York where he has worked since 2007. With over 20 years of experience in operations, facilities management, real estate, and construction, Adam is focused on managing design and construction for Google’s New York campus. Under his direction, the campus has grown from 310,000 sq/ft in 2007 to more than 3.5M sq/ft today. In his 15+ year tenure he has managed over 200 projects totaling more than a billion dollars. In 2010 Google purchased 111 8th Avenue; since that time Adam has been leading the master planning efforts for the asset. Adam earned a bachelor’s degree from Willamette University with a BS in Art. He is a loving husband and father to a beautiful family and is also an avid craft beer enthusiast.
