Brad began printing letterpress at the legendary Hatch Show Print in Nashville, TN. During his 8 years at Hatch, he printed posters for his favorite bands and worked towards bringing a contemporary approach to the centuries-old letterpress process.

Armed with a Vandercook printing press and some wood type, Brad went on to start his own shop—Brad Vetter Design—in 2012. He took on more digital design projects while never taking off his printing apron. Working between analog and digital, Brad’s prints are created with a combination of antique type/presses and a state-of-the-art laser engraver. Now residing in Louisville, KY, Brad spends his time teaching workshops, designing fun things, printing letterpress show posters (Chris Stapleton, Margo Price and the late John Prine to name a few), building community, and occasionally making art.
