Job Description
J&J Design, part of the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies, is recruiting for a Manager, Brand & Content Strategist for the Insights & Experience Strategy (IXS) team, located in New York, NY and reporting to the Director, IXS.

J&J Design (JJD) works globally across the Company’s main business segments (Consumer, Pharma, Medical Device and Corporate) designing and optimizing experiences for consumers, employees, healthcare providers and patients.

Candidate Profile
You are a focused, enthusiastic, and analytical user experience and interaction design practitioner. You are a hands-on leader and have a wide range of skills you can leverage to build digital products and services. You know how to take a complex challenge and deliver an elegant solution.
Your empathy for people—from patients to healthcare professionals to employees—is a core quality of your approach to leadership, partnership and design, as is your successful and effective engagement with a wide range of stakeholders.
You can manage care-centered products and services driven by innovative design and deliver differentiated, end-to-end, holistic solutions that improve patient outcomes. You can translate strategy into product. Research insights, data and business goals inform your design concepts.
You will shape and deliver products and services such as digital healthcare platforms, mobile apps or software applications. You are adept at and have a high comfort level with navigating ambiguity in a large organization; you are equally comfortable being a business-facing team member.
You are a self-starter and inspire the team with fresh ideas and new approaches. You think big and love to push team members to expand their skill sets and bring new ideas to life. You are highly motivated and will only deliver excellence in your work. You also toggle easily between concept development and execution, employ strategic solutions and are a creative problem solver.
