As Zero for All Strategy Lead at Community Solutions, Ramina leads the work to support communities across the US end homelessness for all populations. Prior to joining Community Solutions, Ramina worked toward ending homelessness locally in DC where they were a voting member of the DC Continuum of Care’s governing board and co-chaired its Youth Committee. At the DC Alliance of Youth Advocates, Ramina spearheaded efforts to ensure that youth with lived experience of homelessness lead the city’s work to end youth homelessness. They also lead advocacy efforts that more than doubled local investment in youth homelessness resources. Prior to their work at DCAYA, Ramina headed a successful pilot project to create, implement, and sustain a housing navigation program at HIPS, a DC organization serving individuals and communities impacted by sexual exchange and/or drug use. Ramina holds a BS in math from UCLA and a JD from Georgetown University.
