It's no secret that the Government's IT is falling behind, but most don't realize that so is our workforce. Today, nearly 20% of the federal workforce is eligible for retirement. Our government doesn't just need a technology movement, it needs a technologists movement — pathways to bring in hundreds (if not thousands) more designers, innovators, data scientists, and technologists into the public sector workforce and to support those in government already.
