Williams Chechet is a multi-talented pop artist, graphic designer, illustrator and muralist. The Nigerian creative is influenced by his culture, history, afro-futurism, afro-beats and hip-hop.

Chechet was born in Kano but raised in Kaduna in northern Nigeria, Chechet studied Industrial Design at the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Nigeria.

His Northern-Nigeria heritage is very evident in his recent works. Chechet strongly believes that art has the power to heal, inspire and bring people together and gives back to the community by inspiring young artists and designers to master their craft and pursue their passion in art.
