Joining Sessions

To join a session, select the View Session button next to the session you would like to attend. If it is not yet time for the session to start you will be directed to a waiting room until 5 minutes before the session begins.

Command X will be shared live only. If you'd like to watch the contestants compete, please join us on January 27 and 28!

Sessions will be run via Zoom Webinar. If you don't already have the Zoom application downloaded, you can get it here. We recommend doing this in advance— it can take a sec.

For the best experience, please ensure you are running Zoom 5.3.1 or later.

Command X will be run as a Zoom Webinar. Viewers will not have their videos on or visible to other attendees.

Just like any livestream, there are things you can do to ensure the best viewing experience. Make sure you have a strong internet connection. It also helps to close non-essential tabs in your browser.

Each registration is assigned to one individual attendee. If multiple people would like to attend, please register them each individually.

Members violating these standards jeopardize their membership (without a refund), and their attendance at AIGA meetings and conferences at the discretion of the Executive Committee of the National Board of Directors.
