Tangible Graphic Design
Taekyeom Lee
Technology and design have been in a symbiotic relationship. Graphic Design has always evolved with technologies and creative processes as new technologies, processes, tools, and materials fused with new ideas and creative design solutions. The tangible graphic design explores various conventional and unconventional materials in 3D printing to investigate both challenges and alternative solutions for the new realm of graphic design. 3D printed tangible design products not only amplified visual but physical interactions. They provide engaging tactile experiences, which would be more intuitive, expressive, engaging, and memorable.
