2:30 PM - 4:30 PM (EDT) | Negotiating Projects for Success and then Keeping Them on Track Experienced designers know that negotiating the scope of work, budget, and schedule are key challenges at the start of every potential project. They also understand that surprises may come up later on. This fast-moving workshop will share insider tips for defining and planning each project so that it’s do-able, and provide expert advice for staying on track and producing good work according to that plan. We’ll compare and contrast the challenges faced by design firms working directly with end clients, those with projects subcontracted to them from other outside firms, and those brought in to collaborate with an in-house creative department. |
